Our Journey from eHomeConcierge to GoHelpDo

At eHomeConcierge, we started our journey in Los Angeles, California in 2004 to redefine the personal concierge experience and make life more manageable for our clients, one task at a time.  In 2011, we set foot in Austin, Texas, where we fell in love with the unique energy and spirit of the city – the Live Music Capital of the World. Inspired by the innovation, culture, and community of Austin, we saw an opportunity to create a concierge service that not only meets the needs of individuals, families, and businesses but also contributes to the ever-evolving tapestry of this vibrant city.

After several years of enriching experiences, we paused to recalibrate and reimagine our services.
