A staffed concierge station can help employees or residents arrange services and handle personal responsibilities. Together, we define the staffing, coverage, services, and funding.
Scheduled onsite coverage and recurring arrangements are priced around the program, rather than a standard individual-assignment package.

We can review your list, shop for groceries and household essentials, collect dry cleaning, and put purchases away. You get those preparations handled by someone who understands your instructions.
Your quote identifies the agreed tasks, hourly rate, estimated time, mileage, and authorized purchases. This is an illustrative assignment; timing depends on the actual work and travel.
HOW BILLING WORKS
Know the arrangements
before we begin.
One continuous task clock. Hourly billing runs from the agreed task start until completion, including driving, waiting, shopping, and delivery. Your proposal defines when the assignment starts and ends.
Mileage when driving is required. Mileage is charged in addition to hourly service time. The applicable per-mile rate is confirmed before service, using our fuel-based mileage schedule. Driving time is already part of the hourly rate.
Purchases and other expenses. Groceries, goods, outside-provider charges, parking, and tolls are additional where applicable and agreed in advance. We confirm spending authorization and how changes or extra time will be handled.
Your decision comes first. An inquiry carries no obligation. Service and payment terms are agreed directly; no payment is requested through this website.

Driving time + actual task mileage.
Driving time is included in hourly task time. When an assignment requires driving, actual miles driven for that assignment are charged separately at the agreed rate below.

We review the AAA Austin-area average price of regular gasoline monthly and use the corresponding band when quoting. Your applicable mileage rate is confirmed before service; changes are agreed in advance.
- Mileage covers driving for your agreed assignment. Your proposal identifies the start and end points and any travel included.
- Mileage is recorded and itemized with the service charges.
- Parking and tolls are additional where applicable and agreed beforehand.
- There is no separate gasoline surcharge on top of this mileage rate.
- If fuel prices fall outside the published range, we confirm the mileage rate in your quote before you commit.
This is GoHelpDo’s customer billing schedule. Purchases and outside-provider charges remain separate and require agreed spending authorization.

Yes. We can discuss a recurring assignment or scheduled coverage, subject to staffing and availability, with terms tailored to the arrangement.
What if the work changes?
We discuss changes to scope, timing, spending, or price with you and obtain your agreement before proceeding with additional work.
Do I need to know exactly what to request?
No. Describe the situation and the result you want. We help define an assignment you can review before agreeing.
